Hi, I’m Carrie-Lynn,
I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a somatic psychotherapist and the heart behind Reacquainted Wellness. I help women like you, move beyond the overwhelm of life’s demands and reconnect with their authentic voice and inner wisdom.
I understand what it’s like to feel stuck in the beautifully messy marathon of life, constantly striving to meet impossible standards while juggling an endless list of responsibilities. As a busy Mother of two, I’ve been there —believing that after the chaos of the postpartum period, I’d finally feel like myself again. Instead, I felt disconnected, stretched too thin, and unsure of how to reclaim the parts of me that once felt so natural. But there is a way back.
Together, we will co-create a space for you to listen to your body’s wisdom, process deep emotions, and rediscover the vibrant, grounded version of yourself. With warmth, compassion and curiosity, we will explore any unresolved emotional pain and trauma that have created coping strategies and behavioural patterns that are preventing you from honouring your authentic needs.

During our initial session, we will have an opportunity to explore your history, establish therapeutic goals and discuss the frequency of our sessions.

Working together
Through a body-oriented approach, we will tune into how emotions, sensations and past experiences are stored in your body. With gentle movement, grounding & orienting practices, you will learn how to listen to your body’s wisdom and feel more grounded in your authentic self.
